Can I use my own fabrics and finishes?

Yes. Upload supplier swatches, material references or products, then let customers choose from your catalogue.

Do customers need to write a prompt?

No. A product or swatch and trade category supply the direction. Optional plain-language instructions let customers describe a change without uploading a swatch.

Will the rest of the photo stay the same?

The workflow instructs the model to preserve the scene, camera angle, structure and unselected surfaces. AI may alter details, so review the result and confirm colour, material, measurements and suitability before ordering.

What happens if a generation fails?

Reserved credits are returned if generation or saving the result fails. Standard results use one credit and Business premium results use two.

Can I use this on my website or in my software?

Yes. Install a website or WordPress visualiser with a scoped token. The Business plan adds secure API and MCP access for your own software and assistants.
